Your booking

A booking is confirmed only when your payment is confirmed to us by Razorpay. You will then see a booking reference. Keep it: it is how we find your order at the gate and when you write to us.

Prices are in Indian Rupees and are shown before GST. GST at 18% is added at checkout, and the amount shown on the Pay button is the amount you pay.

Please check the pass type, dates and stay before you pay.

Entry passes

Each pass admits one person for the days of that pass. On arrival you will receive a wristband, which is your access pass and must be worn throughout the festival. Damaged, removed or transferred wristbands may become invalid.

We may ask for identification at entry.

Accommodation

Accommodation is booked separately from entry, and everyone staying on site needs a festival pass.

All stays are for the full three nights: check-in from 2 PM on 5 February, check-out by 11 AM on 8 February 2027.

Beds are assigned at check-in. Shared accommodation (shared tents and twin-sharing rooms) means you may share with another guest. An extra bed for a third guest can be added to eligible rooms, one per room.

Rooms and cottages are operated by the venue. Spa, salon, food and selected services there may be charged separately.

Park & Camp is invite only and needs approval of your vehicle and setup before booking.

Refunds and transfers

Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The programme

The lineup, schedule, workshops and layout may change. Changes to the programme are not grounds for a refund.

At the festival

Illegal, dangerous or disruptive items are prohibited, including illegal substances and weapons. Outside alcohol is not permitted; any alcohol is served only at official counters and according to applicable law.

Please look after yourself, others and the land. We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who breaks these rules or puts others at risk, without a refund.

Children must be under the supervision of a parent or guardian at all times.

The festival is photographed and filmed. By attending you agree that you may appear in festival photos and videos.

Referral rewards

Rewards for bringing friends are counted from paid bookings made through your referral link, excluding your own bookings. Rewards are given at the festival, cannot be exchanged for cash and are at the organiser's discretion if a link is misused.

Responsibility

You attend at your own risk and are responsible for your belongings. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your booking.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
