Shipping & Exchange Policy

Delivery

There are no physical goods and no shipping charges. Your booking is delivered electronically.

As soon as your payment is confirmed you see your booking reference on screen, and a confirmation email with your booking details is sent to the email address you gave at checkout, usually within a few minutes. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it.

Closer to the festival we send a check-in form. Completing it generates your Festival QR code, which is exchanged for a wristband at the entrance.

If your confirmation has not arrived within 24 hours of paying, write to office@bloomingreenfestival.com or call +91 72599 78990. Please include your booking reference or the email you booked with.

Accommodation

Stays are provided on site at the festival venue for the dates of your booking: check-in from 2 PM on 5 February, check-out by 11 AM on 8 February 2027. Nothing is delivered in advance.

Exchanges and transfers

Tickets cannot be exchanged for a different ticket type, date or stay after purchase.

A festival ticket may be transferred to another person until 15 December 2026 through Bloom in Green’s official transfer process. No transfers are accepted after this date. Write to us to start a transfer.
