- Can I add a stay to a Day Pass? No — overnight accommodation is only available with the three-day Festival and Citizen passes. Day Pass holders explore by day and head home each night.
- What should I bring? A valid photo ID, comfortable shoes, a refillable water bottle, warm layers for the night, and (for campers) a sleeping bag. Tents can be pre-booked or brought along.
- Is there a resale? Yes — the official Citizen-to-Citizen resale opens about four weeks before the festival so you can pass your ticket to another attendee at face value, with no markups.
- What is the accessibility policy? Main pathways, stages and washrooms are step-free, with accessible camping near the entrance. Contact the team ahead of time to plan your stay.
- How do refunds work? Passes are non-refundable but fully transferable via Citizen-to-Citizen resale. If the festival is cancelled by the organisers, you are refunded in full automatically.
