Question 5

What is Bloom in Green?

Accepted Answer

Bloom in Green is a residential gathering where music, art, workshops, camping and community come together in nature. For a few days, we build a temporary village where people can learn, create, dance, rest, explore and live alongside one another.

Question 6

What happens at Bloom?

Accepted Answer

Days unfold through workshops, art, shared experiences, food, conversations and spaces for exploration. As evening arrives, the festival moves into live performances, music stages and dance floors beneath the sky.

Question 7

Do I need to participate in everything?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Bloom is designed to be explored in your own way. You can join workshops, discover art, dance, meet people or simply slow down and experience the village at your own pace.

Question 8

Is Bloom only a music festival?

Accepted Answer

Music is an important part of Bloom, but it is only one layer of the experience. Workshops, art, nature, community, food and residential life are equally central to the festival.

Question 9

Will there be a festival schedule?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The complete programme and day wise schedule will be released closer to the festival.

Question 10

How can I buy tickets?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are sold only on the official Bloom in Green website. The First Access Sale opens on 30 September 2026 at 5:30 PM IST for pre-registered Bloomers, who receive a personal booking link on WhatsApp. Early Bird opens to everyone after that. You can add camping, Terrea by Wonderla or The Isle stays in the same booking. Some ticket and accommodation categories are limited.

Question 11

What ticket options will be available?

Accepted Answer

There are three entry passes: the 3-day Festival Pass, the Weekend Pass and the Day Pass. The First Access Sale sells the Festival Pass only; Weekend and Day passes open in later phases. Stays range from camping (bring your own tent, shared tent or solo tent) to rooms at Terrea by Wonderla and cottages or glamping at The Isle, all for the full three nights. See the Passes & Stays page for prices.

Question 12

What is included in an entry pass?

Accepted Answer

Your entry pass gives you access to the festival grounds and the music, art, community experiences and included programming available during the validity of your pass. The exact inclusions for each ticket category will be listed clearly before booking.

Question 13

Is accommodation included in my entry pass?

Accepted Answer

Accommodation is not included unless it is specifically mentioned in the ticket category. Camping and other residential stays are generally selected separately from your festival entry pass.

Question 14

What is the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

All ticket sales are final. Bloom follows a no-refund policy for cancellations by the buyer, change of plans, inability to attend, travel disruptions, illness or no-shows, except where the law requires otherwise. If Bloom cancels the festival entirely, refund arrangements will be communicated directly to ticket holders. The full policy is at bloomingreenfestival.com/refunds.

Question 15

Can I transfer my ticket?

Accepted Answer

Yes, until 15 December 2026, through Bloom in Green’s official transfer process only. No transfers are accepted after that date. Bloom is not responsible for payments, fraud or disputes from unofficial resale between individuals. For transfers, write to office@bloomingreenfestival.com.

Question 16

What should I know about festival wristbands?

Accepted Answer

At the festival you exchange or validate your QR code for a wristband. It must be worn throughout your time at Bloom and must not be tampered with, duplicated, transferred after check-in or used by more than one person. Lost, damaged or removed wristbands may not be replaced.

Question 17

Is my booking confirmation my entry ticket?

Accepted Answer

Question 18

What if the lineup or schedule changes?

Accepted Answer

Bloom is a live festival, so artists, headliners, workshops, stages and timings can change. Changes to the programme, including a headliner change or shorter set times, do not by themselves entitle anyone to a refund, except where the law requires it.

Question 19

Can I get a lower price if prices change later?

Accepted Answer

No. Prices change between sale phases (First Access, Early Bird and later phases), and buying in one phase does not entitle you to a refund or price adjustment if prices or offers change later.

Photos and illustrations are representative; the exact tent model, room or position can vary, and specific views or locations are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Accepted Answer
