When is the festival?
Mark your calendars! We gather on the dates 16,17,18 January 2026. for three unforgettable days.
What’s the schedule like?
Days are for discovery – workshops, activities, and art. Evenings come alive with music and performances that carry us into the night, wrapping up around midnight.
How can I buy tickets?
The easiest way is online at bloomingreenfestival.com -this ensures your spot is secured. A limited number of tickets will be available at the venue, but they tend to sell out fast.
What are the entry and exit guidelines?
Gates open on Day 1 (16 Jan) at 11 AM, with final check-out at 10 AM on Day 4 (19 Jan).
- Attendees with camping passes: Camping gates open from 8 AM on Day 1 for check-in and campsite setup. If you wish to set up camp the previous day, please inform us in advance.
- Attendees without camping passes: Allowed inside the festival from 11 AM to 1 AM on Day 1 and 6 AM to 1 AM on Day 2 and Day 3 , with access restricted to the festival area only (no access to camping zones).
For everyone’s safety and comfort: Entry gates will remain closed from 12 AM to 6 AM every night—strictly no entry during these hours.
Are there age restrictions?
We welcome festival lovers of all ages -this is a space for everyone to experience the magic together. Children under 12 can join us for free, while guests aged 12–18 will need a ticket and must be accompanied by a guardian.
Is it okay to attend the festival with babies under 3?
Yes, babies under 3 are welcome! Just note it can get crowded and sunny, so bring a hat or light cover, keep them hydrated, and use baby headphones.
Can I bring my pet?
Absolutely! We love furry friends and can’t wait to meet yours. Just make sure they’re crowd-friendly, well-behaved, and comfortable in the festival atmosphere.
When will the lineup be announced?
We’ll be sharing the lineup very soon – keep an eye on our Instagram for all the exciting reveals.
Will there be a festival guide or map?
Yes! You’ll find printed guides and maps at the entrance, and a digital version will be available on our website so you can explore with ease.
What food and drinks will be available?
From hearty meals to light bites, we’ve got you covered -with veg, non-veg, and vegan options, plus a cozy resort café and multiple food stalls. Alcohol will be available on-site. Please note: strictly no outside Alcohol allowed.
What should I know about wristbands?
Your festival wristband is your all-access pass -wear it at all times. Without it, entry won’t be possible.
What items are not allowed?
Anything illegal, unsafe, or disruptive to others is strictly prohibited. Let’s keep the vibe fun, safe, and respectful.
What is your drug policy?
We have a zero-tolerance policy for drugs. Anyone found using it inside the festival area will be removed from the festival and may face legal action.

Tickets
What types of tickets are available?
You can choose from:
- 3-day festival pass

- Single-day pass
If you’d like to camp or stay on-site, you’ll need to purchase accommodation tickets separately.

- Park & Camp (camp with your car)

How can I pay for my tickets?
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, and paylater (Simpl) options.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes! Pay later option is available using the Simpl app to secure your spot now and complete the payment later.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final – we have a strict no-refund policy.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, tickets are transferable until the deadline mentioned on our site. Just drop us an email at office@bloomingreenfestival.com.

Safety
Is it safe for solo female travelers?
Absolutely. Many solo female travelers join us every year, and our security team ensures the grounds are safe for all.
Will first aid be available?
Yes, trained medical staff will be on-site at all times. Your safety is our top priority.
What kind of security will there be?
Our dedicated security team, including trained bouncers, will be present throughout the venue.
Who can I contact in an emergency?
Head to the help desk or speak to any volunteer -they’re always ready to assist.

Cash & Payments On-Site
What payment methods will be accepted?
At the box office, you can pay for tickets using cash, UPI, or card. Inside the festival, all food stalls and flea markets will accept only RFID payments through your wristband. You can recharge your RFID wristband using cash, card, or UPI at the top-up counters.
Note: No cash payments are accepted inside the festival—every purchase must be made via your RFID wristband.
Will there be top-up stations?
Yes -several stations across the venue will allow you to add funds to your RFID wristband.
Which digital wallets are accepted?
All UPI-based wallets like Google Pay, PhonePe, and Paytm.
What happens to unused balance?
Please use any remaining balance by the end of Day 3, as we won’t be able to refund it.

Camping
What should I pack?
A reusable water bottle, sunscreen, comfortable clothing, warm layers for the night, toiletries, flashlight or headlamp, power bank, and of course, your festival pass.
If you are camping, pack all items that make your stay comfortable.
Are tents available for rent?
Yes! You can rent on-site tents and skip the hassle of bringing your own.
What are the campground rules?
- Be kind to your neighbors.
- Keep noise low at night.
- Dispose of waste in the bins provided.
- Avoid single-use plastics.

Travel
How do I get to the venue (Canterbury Castles, Nandi Hills)?
For those coming from other states
- By train: Book a train to Bengaluru City Railway Station or Yeshwanthpur. From there, take a taxi or cab (~1.5–2 hours to the venue).
- By bus: KSRTC and private buses connect Bengaluru to major cities. Arrive at Majestic Bus Stand or Satellite Bus Station, then take a cab.
- By flight: Land at Bengaluru Airport and follow Option 1.
For those coming from Bengaluru city (by public transport)
- By train: Take a train to Chikkaballapur Railway Station (closest station). From there, a taxi or auto will get you to the venue in ~20 mins.
- By bus: BMTC buses run towards Nandi Hills or Chikkaballapur from Majestic or Hebbal; from the last stop, take a local taxi/auto.
- By cab: Direct Ola/Uber from the city takes ~1.5 hours.
Will there be shuttle services from Bangalore?
Yes -updates will be shared before the festival.
Can I carpool?
Absolutely. Join our participants’ WhatsApp group to coordinate rides and meet fellow travelers.
What’s the parking situation?
All vehicles will be parked in a common parking area just outside the festival grounds.
Attendees with Park & Camp tickets can drive their cars into the camping area. Please note, once parked in the camping area, vehicles cannot be moved until the festival ends.
Any tips for international travelers?
Keep your passport handy for verification, and if you face any issues booking tickets, message us on WhatsApp or Instagram for quick help.

Utilities
Will there be charging stations?
Yes -multiple charging zones will be available. We recommend bringing a power bank as well.
Is drinking water provided?
Yes, water stations will be spread throughout the venue. Please bring your own reusable bottle.
Are there toilets and showers?
Yes -you’ll find them at several convenient points around the festival.
Is there a lost & found?
Yes -it’s located near the main information booth.
How is waste managed?
We have a dedicated waste management team working throughout the festival. Please help us by using the correct bins and keeping the grounds clean.
Will there be Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi will be available in select zones, but not across the entire venue.
