Ticketing & Entry
Bloom in Green is a three-day festival featuring an array of concerts, workshops, and cultural experiences, all designed to create a content-rich, modern mass gathering. We champion conscious living, creative expression, and community engagement
Festival & Timings
Festival check-in starts from 7 AM on 20th Dec and check-out is by 2 PM on 23rd Dec. Ticket holders with tenting should check-in before 3 PM on any day.
Tenting & Accommodations
One needs to have accommodation at the farm for the best festival experience. Our camping tickets will be open for sale from an array of options including pitching your own tent, regular camp rentals, luxury tents, and farmhouses. If you have booked a ticket, we will notify you when accommodation tickets are live. If you don’t book an accommodation at the farm, you can opt for a stay at a hotel in Shoolagiri, Krishnagiri, and other nearby places.
Kids at the festival
Kids below 12 enter for free, without additional sleeping space. Those between 12-18 require a full ticket and must be accompanied by a guardian. For children under 3, the environment might be a bit challenging. We’ll aim to make their experience special with a designated kids zone.
Festival Guidelines
Let’s respect our environment – dispose waste properly. If you’re a smoker, there are designated zones for you. Safety first-Please avoid any behavior that might harm others or yourself. Be respectful of local traditions and local people. Usage of any illegal substance is strictly prohibited.

Food & Beverages
Food and drinks are available for purchase from various stalls and local vendors. Alcohol is available for sale, kindly refrain from bringing your own. In the spirit of sustainability, please use the reusable mud cups we provide with the welcome kit.

Preparation tips
Power facilities might be limited, so power banks are recommended. Connectivity will be limited, Work from the festival wouldn’t be possible. Dress appropriately for the weather and festival activities. Carry a water bottle and stay hydrated. We have refill stations for your convenience.

Workshops
There are 15+ workshops , in which one can expect to attend 4-6 workshops in a 3 days span. Workshop entry will be on a first-come first-serve basis during the time of the workshop.
Other Reminders
Please take care of your belongings. Avoid fires or any flammable items in tents or tenting areas. We do have charging stations, but take this opportunity to immerse in the festival fully.
Travel tips
Our venue in Shoolagiri is conveniently located: 2 hours from Bangalore, 4 from Chennai, and 7 from Cochin. Once you’ve booked your ticket, we’ll add you to our group for potential travel pooling. Please note to drive slowly on the village roads when nearing the festival venue.
Pets
We are a pet friendly festival. Keep your pets attended to all the time.

No Drug Policy
We enforce a strict zero tolerance policy towards drugs! No soft or hard drugs are permitted in the venue. The organizers reserve the right to expel anyone found consuming/selling illegal substances.
Refund
 We have a no-refund policy. But you can transfer the ticket to a friend, by writing to us at office@bloomingreenfestival.com. This will be valid till October 31st only.
